from one screen.

Most boards give every project its own board. Taskift puts all of them side by side, so moving work is a drag, not a trip to another board.

Shift tasks between projects

Drag a card from one project to another. Comments, files, checklist and history come with it.

Shift projects between boards

Move a whole project to another board when the work changes hands. One click, nothing left behind.

Shift your focus

Toggle projects on and off, or open Focus to work one project with its own columns and limits.

See it in action.

Every view, one board.

Your board in your pocket

Straight into the templates.

Start from a board built for the way you work, then make it yours.

Everything a small shop runs on. One board, not six apps.

Loved by small teams. Soon, anyway.

Early-access teams are moving their projects in now. Their stories land here as they come in. Want yours to be first?

Meet your AI workforce.

Agents get a seat on the board, just like your team. They take tasks, post updates and hand work back for review.

⌘Agents as teammatesGive Claude or any agent its own seat. Assign tasks to it like you would a person.
⇄Scoped API tokensEach agent gets its own token. It can read the board, move cards and comment, and nothing more.

Same idea. More board, half the price.

Trello keeps each project on its own board and saves the views that tie them together for Premium. Taskift includes them in one plan.

Frequently asked questions. Get the answers, fast and simple.

What does the name Taskift mean?

Task plus shift. Taskift lets you shift tasks between projects, and whole projects between boards, all from one screen.

Is Taskift a Trello alternative?

Yes. Like Trello it is a board of cards, but every project sits side by side on one board, and the Timeline, Calendar, forms and client guests are included instead of reserved for a higher plan. Taskift is $5 per user per month billed annually; Trello Premium is $10.

What does it cost?

$5 per user per month billed annually, or $6 billed monthly. Client guests are always free.

Can my clients see the board?

Invite a client as a guest and pick the projects they can see. They get their own view of just those projects, and nothing else in your workspace.

How do AI agents connect?

Add an agent on the Team page and create a token for it. The agent uses that token with the Taskift API to read tasks, move cards and comment. Each token is scoped to its agent and can be revoked any time.

Can I bring my own statuses?

Yes. Rename, recolor and reorder columns, add your own (like "Waiting on client"), and set a task limit per column.

Is there a public form builder?

Yes. Build a form, share its link, and every submission lands on your board as a task.

Can I see everything in one place?

That is the whole idea. All your projects live on one board, each with its own color. Toggle projects on and off, or use Focus mode to work on one at a time.

Do you have a Gantt view?

Yes, along with a calendar, swim lanes, task dependencies and milestones.

Can tasks repeat?

Yes. Automations can create recurring tasks and move cards when something changes.

Is there a place for notes?

Every board has notes for meeting minutes, specs and anything that is not a task.

Does it work on my phone?

Yes. Taskift runs in the browser and is built to work on phone screens too.

How do I sign in?

With Google, GitHub, or a sign-in link sent to your email. No password to forget.
